“ This is long overdue, but wanted to share how good my experience with Nick at White Bear Subaru has been. I came by to look at vehicles last fall after I had been involved in a hit and run and my previous vehicle had been totaled. Having just closed on a house and not having been planning to buy a vehicle any time soon, I was really overwhelmed and did not want to be pressured into making a poor choice. Nick was really kind and patient and didn’t make me feel pressured. He and his team were willing to meet me halfway on some things, and I got a used 2015 crosstrek in great shape and for a great deal. In fact, Nick went above and beyond and noted that the wiper fluid light was on even though the fluid had just been filled; he also noticed the speakers for the radio were sounding a little weird, which we had noticed but not mentioned because we figured not everything would be perfect in a used car. He made sure both the wiper fluid sensor and speaker were replaced before I took the car home. In the couple of times I have reached out to him since, he has been quick to respond and get an answer to my question within minutes. Any time we have a friend considering buying a vehicle, we tell them to consider White Bear Subaru and to ask for Nick specifically. I am so thankful to have had such a great experience during a very stressful time, and you’d be hard-pressed to find a less salesman-y, more advocating person to work with. Thanks, Nick! ”
